Still does not work&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s go to the camera connector and measure the diode values on the camera connectors J7202 and J6600.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/J7202.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/J6600.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>After measuring the diode value, let&#8217;s check the voltage on the I2C bus.<\/p>\n<p>The I2C bus for the rear camera and the front camera as below<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00fcckfahrkamera<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>&nbsp;CCI_I2C1_SDA<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;CCI_I2C1_SCL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Front Camera<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>&nbsp;CCI_I2C0_SDA<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;CCI_I2C0_SCL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both the two I2C buses with no voltage can be measured. Carefully check the schematic again, the power supply for these I2C buses is from CAM_IO_1P8.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/I2C_Buses.png\" width=\"1400\" height=\"1382\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>And the CAM_IO_1P8 also comes from the U7306.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/CAM_IO_1P8.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The issue comes back to the chip again, but we&#8217;ve resoldered it before. So there is a very low chance it&#8217;s caused by the chip pseudo soldering or damage.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s check the working conditions for the U7306, we found there&#8217;s an I2C bus for this chip<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/I2C_bus_for_U7306.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s track the I2C bus, maybe it&#8217;s this I2C bus with the problem caused U7306 working station cannot be satisfied. After checking we can see there are two pull-up resistors and the two signals<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>APPS_I2C_SDA<\/li>\n<li>APPS_I2C_SCL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>are out from the CPU directly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/I2C_from_U3100.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>There are two resistors R3201 and R3202.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/R3201_in_bitmap.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Measure the diode value with the multimeter on the side which connects with the CPU, it&#8217;s grounded!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This means the short comes from the CPU. And we should resolder the CPU to have a try.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Xiaomi_Mi_11_Camera_Issue_Repair.png\" alt=\"Xiaomi Mi 11 Kamera Problem Reparatur\" width=\"1400\" height=\"541\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>After reballing and soldering the CPU back, assemble the phone to test.<\/p>\n<p>The camera function works well, and all the other functions are also OK.
