2. Polarized Sunglasses And iPhone POL Replacing Solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Use the Glue\/POL Film Removing Machine to remove the front POL film\u00a0of five screen samples.<\/p>\n

Use LCM Glue Cleaner to remove\u00a0OCA\u00a0residue\u00a0and align new REWA front POL film\u00a0with the Laminating Machine.<\/p>\n

Once POL replacing finished, light the\u00a0screen\u00a0samples. Before polarized sunglasses test, We can see with naked eyes that sample (c)\u00a0and (e)\u00a0display with discoloration.<\/p>\n

Test with polarized sunglasses, both portrait screen and\u00a0landscape screen\u00a0of the five samples display with no black screen.<\/p>\n

Anmerkung:<\/strong> All LCD display assemblies come with two polarizing films, and co-working of the two contributes to the content displayed on the screen. The mismatching status of our replaced REWA front POL film and the original rear POL film contributes to the abnormal display of sample (c) and (e). To fix it, we need to replace with a matching REWA rear POL film.Remove LCM module\u00a0backlight of a sample (c)\u00a0and (e)\u00a0and use the Glue\/POL Film Removing Machine to remove\u00a0the\u00a0rear POL film\u00a0of a sample (c)\u00a0and (e).<\/p>\n

Remove OCA residue\u00a0and align new REWA rear POL film\u00a0to sample (c)\u00a0and (e).<\/p>\n

Once POL replacing finished, get sample (c)\u00a0and (e) backlight assembled\u00a0and then light all screen samples.<\/p>\n
