The laminating process of iPhone X OLED screen is also much more complicated than LCD screen of previous iPhone versions. So we can totally imagine the difficulty of iPhone X screen refurbishing. iPhone X Screen Refurbishing Guide<\/p>\n

Run function test – Display; Touch; 3D Touch and Swipe-up. All going well.<\/p>\n

Place the OLED Screen Assembly on the Heat Platform. Remove bezel slowly with Pry Piece and Glue Cleaner.<\/p>\n

Cut out the top bracket\u00a0with Cutting Nipper. Then separate bezel from the screen with Cutting Nipper. Be careful with flex cables when removing bezel in the flex cable area.<\/p>\n

Once done, test the screen again. Run function test – Display; Touch; 3D Touch and Swipe-up. All going well. By now, the most difficult step during iPhone X screen refurbishing has been completed.<\/p>\n

Glass\u00a0Separating<\/h2>\n

Place the OLED Screen Assembly on the Heat Platform. Separate the glass lens from OLED with Cutting Wire. Test again after separating. All going well.<\/p>\n

Glue removing for iPhone X screen can be applied with hand tearing.<\/p>\n

OCA-Laminierung<\/h2>\n

Embed the OCA\u00a0rubber block aligning mold into the base. Then place the OCA\u00a0rubber block into the corresponding position of the mold. Tear off the first layer of the three-layer OCA protective film\u00a0and place OCA into the corresponding position of the OCA aligning mold.<\/p>\n

After that, embed the OCA aligning mold into the base\u00a0and apply pressure to fit the OCA against the rubber block.<\/p>\n

Prepare\u00a0a new glass lens\u00a0and place the new glass lens into the glass lens mold. Clean\u00a0the\u00a0glass lens\u00a0first. Then tear\u00a0off the second layer protective film of the OCA\u00a0and embed\u00a0the glass lens mold into the base.<\/p>\n

Place the whole mold into the laminating machine\u00a0and press\u00a0\u201cOCA laminating\u201d button. The\u00a0machine starts to work. Once laminating finished, detach the glass lens mold and take out the glass lens.<\/p>\n

OLED Laminating<\/h2>\n

Remove\u00a0the OCA\u00a0rubber block and aligning mold. Place the OLED assembly into the OLED mold.<\/p>\n

Place\u00a0the\u00a0OLED\u00a0rubber\u00a0block\u00a0and embed\u00a0the OLED mold into the base. Apply pressure to fit the OLED with the rubber block.<\/p>\n

Clean with alcohol or N-hexane\u00a0first. Then place the OCA\u00a0laminated glass lens into the glass lens mold. Tear off the third layer of the OCA protective film\u00a0and embed\u00a0the glass lens mold into the base. After that, place the whole mold into the laminating machine. Press\u00a0\u201cLCD\u00a0laminating\u201d button. The\u00a0machine starts to work.<\/p>\n

Once laminating finished, detach the glass lens mold and take out the OLED\u00a0screen. With bubbles inside, we need to continue with bubble removing process.<\/p>\n

Bubble removing<\/h2>\n

Put the screen into Bubble Removing Machine\u00a0for 15\u00a0minutes. Once finished, take out the screen.<\/p>\n

Prepare\u00a0a new iPhone X bezel. Apply B7000 glue evenly on bezel and back of the screen. Then press them against each other and leave to rest\u00a0for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Buckle\u00a0the screen\u00a0and power on. Run function test\u00a0– Display; Touch; 3D Touch and Swipe-up. All going well.<\/p>\n
