We can solve the problem by restoring\u00a0or turning off VoLTE. If you want\u00a0to\u00a0solve the problem thoroughly, you need to wait for the official iOS\u00a0update.<\/p>\n

Turn Off VoLTE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular<\/li>\n
  2. Next in the cellular network settings, select one of the numbers in the Cellular Number below\u00a0and go to\u00a0Settings<\/li>\n
  3. Then select the Voice and Data option, you can also see that the VoLTE is currently turned on<\/li>\n
  4. Lastly, in the Voice and Data settings,\u00a0turn off\u00a0the slider on the right side of VoLTE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Reset the phone to factory settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    1. Go to Settings and General<\/li>\n
    2. Go to Reset<\/li>\n
    3. Select Erase All Content and Settings to resetthe phone to factory settings<\/li>\n
    4. Subsequently in the pop-up window, select Erase Immediately<\/li>\n
    5. You need to enter\u00a0a password or verify by Face ID before erasing\u00a0all content and settings<\/li>\n
    6. Finally, in the pop-up option, click Erase iPhone\u00a0to restore the factory settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
