2. Grinding Preparing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Open the software. On the software interface, click on the left mouse button and select\u00a0\u2018Operation\u2019. Click on the left mouse button and select \u2018Move to Reference Point\u2019\u00a0(The process goes with the per powering up of the grinding machine).<\/p>\n

On the pop-up window, select \u2018All Axes\u2019\u00a0and wait for the grinding machine to move back to the original position of coordinates. After that, close up the pop-up window. Click and clear numerical value of X-axis and Y-axis.<\/p>\n

After that, click the \u2018start\u2019\u00a0icon on the software interface, or click \u2018F9\u2019\u00a0to restart grinding. Once the welding spot comes out, stop the grinding process. Clear up chip residue and clean with PCB cleaner.<\/p>\n
