With the help of our newly developed CNC chip grinding machine, chip removing can be safe and quick without damaging the logic board and nearby chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four steps to help you to solve the iPhone 6 error 9 issue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Desmontaje del tel\u00e9fono<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The phone is stuck in Recovery Mode when trying to start up. Connect it with computer and start system restore via iTunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparece el error 9. Desmonte el tel\u00e9fono y saque la placa l\u00f3gica. Retire una parte de la placa de blindaje con un alicate de corte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Diagn\u00f3stico de aver\u00edas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Test grounding resistance value of resistor R0317 and R0316 with diode mode-Abnormal value (480 under normal circumstances). R0317 and R0316 are connected with CPU pin AP31-SDA&nbsp;and pin AR31-SCL directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Reparaci\u00f3n de aver\u00edas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Take down the shield plate of CPU with hot air gun. Then put the logic board on the corresponding position of the CNC mold and fix it tightly. Load iPhone 6 corresponding logic board chip grinding program and start grinding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez terminado, saque la placa l\u00f3gica y utilice un cuchillo de esculpir para raspar con cuidado hasta que salga el circuito de la subcapa de la CPU. Despu\u00e9s de eso, limpiar con limpiador de PCB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply some UV curable solder mask to the exposed area, apart from the two bonding pads (SDA,SCL). Once it has been done, put the logic board under the UV dryer lamp for 10 minutes and then take out the logic board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suelde latas en las dos almohadillas de uni\u00f3n con el soldador. A continuaci\u00f3n, suelde el cable de cobre de 0,02 mm a los dos pads de uni\u00f3n respectivamente. Los dos cables soldados conectan el pad SDA correspondiente a R0317 y el pad SCL correspondiente a R0317 respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Test grounding resistance value of R0317,R0316 with diode mode again-Normal value this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pruebas telef\u00f3nicas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Montar el tel\u00e9fono y restaurar a trav\u00e9s de iTunes. A continuaci\u00f3n, active el tel\u00e9fono y probar, mal funcionamiento fijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez finalizada la prueba, retire la placa l\u00f3gica. A continuaci\u00f3n, aplique un poco de m\u00e1scara de soldadura UV curable en el lugar de soldadura de nuevo.
