Ressoudez l'unit\u00e9 centrale puis assemblez le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour le tester, mais comme l'eau ou peut-\u00eatre l'humidit\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9cran n'est toujours pas compl\u00e8tement \u00e9limin\u00e9e, la cause est un court-circuit, l'unit\u00e9 centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9e \u00e0 nouveau !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Replace_the_CPU_chip.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9pannage<\/h2>\n<p>Tout d'abord, nous savons que le probl\u00e8me est d\u00fb \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran et \u00e0 l'unit\u00e9 centrale.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Pour l'\u00e9cran, lors de l'assemblage, il faut le remplacer par un neuf pour \u00e9viter le court-circuit.<\/li>\n<li>Pour l'unit\u00e9 centrale, nous devons la remplacer par la station d'usinage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mesurer le signal entre le connecteur de l'\u00e9cran et l'unit\u00e9 centrale.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/01__Measure_the_signal_from_the_screen_connector_to_the_CPU.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 des mesures, nous constatons qu'une broche est court-circuit\u00e9e \u00e0 la terre.<\/p>\n<p>(la valeur de la diode n'est que d'environ 20)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/02__One_pin_is_shorted_to_the_ground.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Suivre ce signal (<span style=\"font-family: Courier; font-size: 12.701pt;\">EDP_INT_AUX_P<\/span>) sur la carte et le sch\u00e9ma, il est connect\u00e9 directement au CPU, comme on peut le voir sur la carte.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/04__The_signal_on_the_connector.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/05__The_signal_on_the_CPU.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/6__EDP_INT_AUX_is_shorted.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">Nous devons donc remplacer l'unit\u00e9 centrale par une nouvelle.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Processus de r\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">Tout d'abord, retirez l'unit\u00e9 centrale de traitement par la station de reprise BGA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/07__remove_the_CPU.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-size: 12.701pt;\">EDP_INT_AUX_P)<\/span>de nouveau, la valeur de la diode est revenue \u00e0 la normale<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/10__Measure_the_diode_value_on_the_again__the_diode_value_back_to_normal.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 souder l'unit\u00e9 centrale \u00e0 la carte m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appliquer de la colophane sur les pads du PCB et sur le nouveau CPU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/11__Apply_solder_paste_flux_on_the_CPU_and_PCB_board.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"1163\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier \u00e0 nouveau et confirmer que les tampons de l'unit\u00e9 centrale sont corrects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/12__check_the_pads_on_the_CPU.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"725\" height=\"769\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S'assurer que l'unit\u00e9 centrale est bien align\u00e9e avec les plots du circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/13__ensure_the_CPU_is_well_aligned_with_the_pads_on_the_PCB.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"725\" height=\"562\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Placez ensuite la carte m\u00e8re sur la station de retraitement des BGA pour la chauffer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/14__Keep_heating_to_around_200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"704\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage de la station de reprise BAG atteint <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">200\u2103<\/span>Le CPU commencera \u00e0 fondre et \u00e0 \u00eatre soud\u00e9 sur le PCB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pre><em>(pendant le processus, nous pouvons observer le processus de fusion depuis la fente)<\/em><\/pre>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/16__When_reaching_the_200____start_to_melt_and_solderded.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"725\" height=\"632\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir soud\u00e9 la nouvelle unit\u00e9 centrale et mesur\u00e9 la valeur de la diode sur le connecteur de l'\u00e9cran, la valeur de la diode est toujours normale.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/MacBook_A1989_Cannot_Boot.png\" alt=\"MacBook A1989 ne peut pas d\u00e9marrer\" width=\"730\" height=\"582\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous pouvons maintenant appliquer de la graisse thermique sur le CPU et assembler le dissipateur thermique,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rewa.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/18__Apply_some_thermal_grease_on_the_CPU_then_assemble_the_thermal_sink.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"815\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, assemblez le MacBook et d\u00e9marrez-le pour le tester.
