iPhone 7 Touch Screen Not Working Repair<\/p>\n

1. Phone Disassembling <\/strong><\/p>\n

Turn on the phone, the touch function is incapacitated.<\/p>\n

Remove charging port screws and detach the display assembly.<\/p>\n

Disconnect\u00a0flex cables and remove logic board screws.<\/p>\n

Then take out the logic board.<\/p>\n

2. Malfunction\u00a0Diagnosing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Test resistance of the display assembly connector with a digital multimeter.<\/p>\n

The resistance of pin 10 displays abnormal value (470 under normal circumstances).<\/p>\n

Roll out the maintenance drawing for reference.<\/p>\n

Pin 10 worked as AP_TO _TOUCH _MAMBA _CONN _L signal. The signal was connected with CPU AT2 pin via inductor FL3904.<\/p>\n

The circuit between pin 10 and inductor FL3904 displays normally.<\/p>\n

Test resistance from inductor FL3904 to CPU,\u00a0the device displays normal value.<\/p>\n

Then we can draw the conclusion that inductor FL3904 was damaged.<\/p>\n
