BKL_SCL\u00a0displays abnormal voltage\u00a0value (3.3V under normal circumstances).<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/b7614ff2-2b56-46fb-bb3c-3cf47df54bfd-7-2.jpg\" alt=\"Connect AC adapter\" width=\"650\" height=\"350\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Roll out the maintenance bitmap and locate BKL_SCL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Confirm the corresponding resistor as R7753.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Then roll out the circuit diagram.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Analyzing the circuit network, we find that SCL is connected to pin D3 of U7701 via resistor R7753.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Then we can infer\u00a0that U7701 might broke down.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/ac215daf-6d16-496d-8ae3-087d02146239-15-1.jpg\" alt=\"Roll out\" width=\"650\" height=\"306\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/b85fc4a0-ee74-4945-a6e5-fbdc86ff95c6-14-1.jpg\" alt=\" U7701 might broke down\" width=\"650\" height=\"306\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><strong>Riparazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Remove the sealing adhesive around display chip U7701.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Take down display chip U7701 with the help of some BGA paste flux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/947f63ce-092b-431d-b2a2-f332e377f3fc-8-2.jpg\" alt=\"Repairing Remove the sealing adhesive\" width=\"650\" height=\"350\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Use a soldering iron to flat the bonding pad and then clean the bonding pad with PCB Cleaner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Apply some BGA paste flux to the bonding pad and align the new display chip with a hot air gun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Cool down the logic board with the ion fan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Connect AC adapter and test voltage values of display chip U7701 and nearby components.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">All display normal\u00a0value.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Insert the SSD and WiFi modules\u00a0and assemble the MacBook.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Power button power up, the screen displays normally.
