Let\u2019s check it out!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><strong>Step 1: Fault analysis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The motherboard has been repaired once.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The original fault was no service but with the baseband modem firmware.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The previous repair welded the baseband CPU and baseband EPROM to a good signal board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">But the phone still had no service. It can be preliminarily judged that there are two possible faults.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">One is the damage of baseband CPU and baseband EPROM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The other is the damage of circuits related to the signal on the logic board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">First of all, we install the motherboard on the phone to test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The phone turns on normally but has no service.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/f2a23b19-0dbe-479a-9aff-411529fb9ee7-iPhone-no-service00_01_1420201203-144906-e1606978966937.jpg\" alt=\"First of all, we install the motherboard on the phone to test. The cause may be related to pseudo soldering of the motherboard middle layer or damage of the baseband CPU and baseband EPROM.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"line-height: 1.7;\"><strong>Step 2: Motherboard separation and troubleshooting<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Then we separate the motherboard to locate the faulty component. Smear rosin with Soldering Iron at 365\u2103 and solder-wick to remove tin on the bonding pad.\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Remove tin on the signal board with the same method.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">After that, clean the logic board and signal board with PCB Cleaner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Next, attach the signal board to the Reballing Platform and put the Reballing Stencil in position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Apply a layer of medium-temperature Solder Paste evenly.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.rewa.tech\/image\/41373073-9e16-45a1-ac04-a378e45b0261-iPhone-no-service00_08_3320201203-145542-e1606980048203.jpg\" alt=\"Remove tin on the signal board with the same method. After that, clean the logic board and signal board with PCB Cleaner.Next, attach the signal board to the Reballing Platform and put the Reballing Stencil in position. It shows that the motherboard has completed soldering.\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Turn the power off and cool the motherboard for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">Then remove the motherboard and install it on the phone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">The phone turns on normally and the 4G signal can be received.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.7;\">A phone call can also be made.
