Jump Wires On Solder Joints

We need to replace it with a tip suitable for the jumping wire. The tip can be replaced quickly for different needs without powering off the station, which is convenient and efficient. Firstly, we need 0.02mm solder tinned enamelled wire. Solder one end of the wire to the solder joint with the soldering iron at 350℃. Secondly, cut off the needles wire with the Cuchillo para escultura and loop the wire around to fix it on the pad. Then clean with PCB Cleaner afterward. Join Up RC-components By Jumping A Wire Apply some paste flux to the two capacitors respectively. Tin the two pins that need to be joined up with solder by the Soldering Iron at 350℃. Here we need 0.02mm solder tinned enamelled wire. Solder the two ends of the wire to the two pins respectively. Then cut off the needless wire with the Sculpture Knife.

Consejos: once done, push the soldered wire with the Sculpture Knife carefully. If the wire remains unmoved, the soldering work is done. And make sure you clean the tip with the cleaning sponge after using it. High soldering temperature may degrade the soldering iron tip.
