The iPhone XS Max was reboot when we take a video for around 3 minutes

 

Trouble Shooting

We opened the reboot logs in Settings–>Privacy–>Analytics & Improvements and check the panic files. We found the keywords “WDT timeout” in panicString.

Then we checked the keywords ”WDT timeout” in the logs analytics list as the following shows. The problem might be from battery/charging flex and other kinds of flex.

We disassembled the phone and we found the charging flex was water damaged, the screw got rusty, we replaced another charging flex and tested again, the problem was resolved.
