REWA Warranty Policy
REWA is committed to providing a comprehensive after-sales warranty policy for all offline-purchased products. The following outlines the warranty policy offered by REWA for various product categories.
Screen Assemblies & Replacement Parts
All screen assemblies and spare parts sold by REWA are covered by a 12-month warranty. In case of non-artificial physical damage or functional defects during the warranty period, customers may request after-sales service for replacement. The replacement will be of the same product or another product of equal value, based on the current selling price or purchasing price, whichever is lower. After-sales service is also provided for superficial issues such as scratches (excluding deep scratches) and loose bezels, as long as the LCD and flex cables remain undamaged.
Batteries
Any non-artificial physical damage or functional defect during the warranty period will be replaced for free by providing a video or photo showing the problem.
Also, customers must provide a video or photo showing that the battery has been destroyed (with the flex cable cut off), so the battery does not need to be returned.
Equipments & Tools
All equipment and tools sold by REWA come with a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support. Replacement parts required during the warranty period will be provided free of charge (excluding consumables). For replacement parts needed outside the warranty period, customers will only be charged the cost of the parts.
Other Products
For goods in good condition with normal quality and function, customers may apply for a replacement with other products of equal value. The replacement will be based on the current selling or purchasing price, whichever is lower.
Repair and Refurbish
All repair and refurbish services provided by REWA come with a one-month warranty. If products experience non-artificial physical damage or functional defects during the warranty period, the service fee for product repair or refurbish will be refunded.
Attention
Checking Goods
It is recommended to check the total weight quality promptly, and the model of the goods. Any discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Record Photo
In cases of damage or defects, customers should take photographic and record during the unpacking and inspection of the goods.
