Trouble Shooting

We disassembled the phone and checked the motherboard, there motherboard was water

damaged around the touch connector and one of the components was lost.

We cleaned the corroded area and checked the diode value on connector J5800, the diode

value on pin 8 was OL, and it was connected with FL5895 which was lost.

FL5895 was on the rail PP10V_RACER, if it was lost, the line will be open, and the power for touch will be lost. We resolder a filter FL5895, then the issue was resolved.
