Check the earpiece speaker and sensor flex cable carefully, we find that the Flood illuminator module is moldy.

Maintenance

Apply some paste flux to the bonding pad.

Clean the bonding pad with Soldering Iron.

Apply solder paste to the severely corroded pad.

Solder it with Hot Air Gun.

Test

Get the earpiece speaker and sensor flex cable installed, then assemble the phone.

Restore the phone with the help of 3U Tools.

Once completed, the phone enters the system normally, and Face ID works normally.
