Mobile Repair Technical Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Mobile Phone Repair Technology Content Output: Responsible for developing a clear content plan, identifying the target audience for technical content, and leading the team to collaborate with the marketing team to create and review technical content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
- Mobile Phone Repair Training Business: Gain a deep understanding of the market and the needs of target students, coordinate the development of online and offline training courses, and control the outline, teaching plan, teaching materials, and teaching quality of the training courses.
- Value-added Services: Responsible for undertaking domestic and international mobile phone repair demands, leading the team to provide professional repair, refurbishment, second-hand recycling, and technical consulting services, and provide personalized solutions according to customer needs.
- Participate in the testing and verification of new products and technologies, and provide cross-departmental support for product technology, after-sales technology, and production testing.
Requirements
- Full-time college degree or above, majored in electronics or related fields, with a solid foundation in electronic circuit theory knowledge;
- More than five years of work experience, with at least two years of team management experience, familiar with the principles of mobile phone and related consumer electronics repair, and with relevant hands-on experience.
- Quick thinking and responsive, with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates with relevant resources in mobile phone repair.
