Overseas Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Business Management: Set and achieve sales targets, drive customer acquisition and retention, ensure efficient order management and follow-up, and handle after-sales issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive optimization for the sales team, fostering talent development and strengthening team capabilities.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with product, procurement, and order management teams to oversee the entire process from contract signing to delivery, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, English, or related fields, with fluent English communication skills for work.
- 5+ years of experience in foreign trade, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong team management skills with at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team to achieve targets.
- Results-driven, proactive, and efficient, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
