Overseas Sales Supervisor

Base Shenzhen/Guangzhou, 25-50K

Responsibilities

  1. Business Management: Set and achieve sales targets, drive customer acquisition and retention, ensure efficient order management and follow-up, and handle after-sales issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive optimization for the sales team, fostering talent development and strengthening team capabilities.
  3. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with product, procurement, and order management teams to oversee the entire process from contract signing to delivery, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, English, or related fields, with fluent English communication skills for work.
  2. 5+ years of experience in foreign trade, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
  3. Strong team management skills with at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team to achieve targets.
  4. Results-driven, proactive, and efficient, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
