Responsibilities

  1. Product Development & Planning: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from market research and planning to design, prototyping, testing, trial production, and mass launch. Ensure market fit and competitiveness.
  2. Project Management: Manage product development from concept to launch, including planning, progress tracking, cross-functional coordination, risk control, cost, and quality management.
  3. Lifecycle Management: Monitor market performance, support sales, gather customer feedback, optimize products, follow up on after-sales, and manage inventory to maintain competitiveness.
  4. Marketing & Sales Support: Define key selling points, collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotion strategies to boost awareness and market share.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Under 35 years old, with 2+ years of product development or project management experience. Consumer electronics or smart hardware experience preferred; familiarity with phone repair tools is a plus.
  3. Strong market insight and user analysis skills to identify innovation opportunities.
  4. Clear logical thinking, excellent cross-team communication, and the ability to drive collaboration across R&D, marketing, and sales.
