2.1 What is "My REWA" ?
My REWA is the member center, you can send an inquiry, place an order, and modify your personal information. Also you can check your inquiry records, messages left to us and R Beans in My REWA.
3. PAYMENT & SHIPMENT
3.1 What payment terms do you accept?
The payment should be 100% completed in advance by eigher T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow or PayPal(Sample only). And all TRANSACTION FEES should be beared on sender's side.
3.2 How long will it take to ship out an order after payment is confirmed ?
Normally, it only takes 2-3 days after the payment is confirmed.
3.3 Once an order is delivered, any tracking number available ?
Each parcel we sent will come with an independent tracking number from the courier service companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Post Airmail, etc.
3.4 Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we accept orders worldwide and ship to over 170 countries at present. For separate countries or regions, suitable shipping option will be recommended.
4. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
4.1 Are your parts marked ?
Yes. Each part is labeled with visible and invisible identification marks unique to our company.
4.2 How can I return the defective parts ?
If returning a defective part under warranty, you must contact our after-sales team firstly to get an RMA Number. We will not accept any parts without an RMA Number issued.
5.PACKAGE AND PACKING
Here is one of the most typical example of screen package process
Anti-static Bag Packing--Avoid static damage for electronic components. Anti-shock bubble bag packing--To provide shock-proof protection. Clean Carton Box Packing--To provide individual and clean package to the hands of end-users. Foam and Hard Carton Packing--To avoid rough handling and harsh environment during the Transportation. Submit to our forwarder and delivered by Express Services
6. HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCT IS YOURS IF WE EXCHANGE/REPLACE?
Our items all have a special stamp on each individual product. Please don't wipe/remove it as it will void your warranty with us. If you have any questions or concern about a product's ownership, please call one of our customer service representatives or send us an email with pictures so we can authenticate if the product is ours.
7. DO YOU HAVE A BUYBACK PROGRAM FOR THE BROKEN LCD AND WHAT IS THE PRICE?
Yes, we do offer a LCD Buyback Program and the prices vary for each different LCD. Many customers throw these LCDs away and find this useless but our recycling program puts more money in your pocket and gives you a competitive advantage over your competitor. Please have the recycling LCDs shipped to our warehouse and within 2-3 business days, we will be able to give you the results of the buyback of the recycled LCDs via phone or E-Mail. We now offer a buyback not only through store credit but a refund also through PayPal. Please contact us for more information.
8. DOES THE PRICE MATCH THE QUALITY?
Yes, it does. However, we can assure that the price is up to par with quality also. In this business, we are in it for the long haul. The most important factor in our business is quality. We will not compromise on quality versus cheaper quality but better pricing. We vigorously check and inspect each product before it reaches our customers' hand as we know installing a product and not working properly is a time wasted for another potential sale and loss of a customer doing business with us again.
