Return / Refund
Only unused and unopened items may be returned to REWA. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days of the original receipt date. All non-defective products returned to REWA for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee(NO EXCEPTIONS). All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE PROCESS
Warm prompt
  • If products match return policy, REWA accepts product exchange only when supply bottlenecks or out of stock happens, refund is accepted.
  • If products mismatch return policy, customer could request parcel return if needed, or just abandon it.

1. RMA Form Template and handling instruction
RMA number: RW-RMA+Year+Order NO. For instance: RW-RMA15101
Number the products one by one and note down their corresponding models(be sure avoid brand name) as well as problem descriptions. In addition, label the right number on corresponding product so as to identify and check.

2. Packing Guidance
Please pack the products with its original package as much as possible or else well pack the products with bubble bag and use foam box as its outer package. Additionally, write "RMA Number" RW-RMA-15101 on the outer box for recognition.
