No output of sound and no vibration.

Troubleshooting
According to the experience of repair, the iPhone 8 No sound and vibrator is usually elated to Audio IC for this issue. So we try to replace it with a new one. After taking off the audio CODEC IC, we need to check the bonding pad on Audio IC, the measured diode value is normal.
Then just replace the Audio CODEC IC directly, assemble the two layers of the motherboard and test the function.
The speaker and vibrator function back to normal.
Tips
The Audio CODEC IC poor soldering or pads under the IC get missing is a common issue. For no speaker, no vibrator issues, the first step that we need to do is tear down the IC, check the cosmetic of pads, and measure diode values on the pads.
- If we find any abnormal, then track the abnormal rail
- If all the pads diode values are OK, then we can try to replace the Audio CODEC IC with a new one
