The signal is unstable, sometimes no signal.

Trouble Shooting

For the iPhone X Baseband Is Abnormal issue. First, let’s take apart the phone and run the cosmetic inspection of the motherboard. Firstly, we detach two layers from each other and found that some of the bonding pads on cylinders around the Baseband of the middle frame are missed. So we find out the signal pad from bitmap and treat it with jumper wiring.

After finished it, then make the upper layer and lower layer solder together, and assemble it and test again, problem resolved.

Trouble Shooting

For the iPhone models, especially the model since iPhone X. The motherboard design gets more and more integrated. So normally there’s no too much problem which is caused by the components damage.

Most of the time, the issue is caused by the poor soldering or pads missing between the two layers of the motherboard.

To handle the skill of sperate and resolder the motherboard is quite important.
