You will need a back glass separator Separator( includes 3 sets of molds, 2 pry pieces and 2 disassemble tools ), an Air Compress, each one pair of anti-cutting gloves and glasses to finish iPhone 8/8P/X back glass repair in 3 minutes.
Wire up the Back Glass Separator and connect the Back Glass Separator with Air Compressor via an air pipe. Switch on the Air Compressor, then open the air compressor valve, switch on the Back Glass Separator, rotate the pressure regulating valve and set the value as 0.4Mpa. After Separator and Air Compressor prepared, let’s start from iPhone 8 Plus.
Firstly, Place iPhone 8 Plus back glass into the corresponding mold. Then press ’Up’ button, the temperature starts work, with the temperature rising to 240℃, press ‘start ’ button, the back glass is clamped tightly by the mold.
Secondly, after 200 seconds of heating, mandril of the machine starts to work for 18 seconds, then will remove the back glass.
Lastly, we will find that it’s more easier to remove glue residue on the back glass thoroughly. Till now, iPhone 8 Plus back glass separating completed successfully.
In order to check it won’t affect we detach a new back glass after removed back glass with the Separator, let’s try a new back glass to verify. Perfectly matched.
